Funding Your Franchise Investment
There are many options available for you to fund your franchise investment, including Pillar Banks. The Franchise Development Support Team will assist you in exploring the right options, including recouping a portion of income tax paid over the last 6 years, which can be offset against your capital franchise investment. Some of the funding options available:
Start-Up Refunds for Entrepreneurs
Depending on the size of your investment, you may be entitled to a refund of the PAYE income tax that you paid over the six years.
Local Enterprise Office
Local Enterprise Offices (LEOs) provide a range of financial supports designed to assist with the establishment and/or growth of enterprises (limited company, individuals/sole trader, cooperatives and partnerships) employing up to ten people.
Micro Finance Ireland
Micro Finance Ireland provides loans through the Government’s Micro Enterprise Loan Fund of up to €25,000.
Pillar Banks

How much is the investment?
Depending on which territory you choose the investment ranges from €20,000 to €45,000 + VAT. Royalties are 10% of your gross annual income.
